John Silva is the Chief Strategy Officer of IPSO. He has 15+ years of leadership experience as an investor, operator and corporate development executive. He serves as Director, Corporate Development at 3BL Holdings, a $3B diversified portfolio of international private companies.
Previously, he co-founded the venture capital and corporate development division of Tufts Health Plan, a $5B health insurance and services company. He co-founded ReMed Life Sciences, a regenerative medicine company commercializing IP from the University of Tokyo. After double digit annual growth, he negotiated the company's sale to a private equity firm.
He held corporate development roles at iRobot Corporation and Aga Khan Development Fund, a $7B global NGO with hospitals and universities across 6 countries. He founded Cambridge Executive Academy, an executive education company for international executives at Fortune 500 companies, which he sold to a national competitor.
Silva served in the US Marine Corps at The White House, and completed his Bachelor's Degree with honors from Harvard University.
